LexaLite offers extensive secondary operations to deliver your product as designed.

Vacuum Metalizing and Sputtering are two processes available at LexaLite for evaporating and applying metals (most commonly aluminum) to different substrates for the use in EMI/RFI shielding, chrome decorative coatings, and reflective surface finishes.

We are a leading supplier of vacuum metalized and coated products. We can metalize polymeric, aluminum and glass products. Scratch-resistant, cleanable top coats for metalized products are applied by our semi-automatic, UV curing system.

Fabrication, Fastening and Assembly operations offer precision robotic and laser trimming and cutting capabilities (for two dimensional shapes), sonic and vibration welding, heat staking, routering, drilling, gluing and press side assembly.

Decorating & Painting: LexaLite offers custom colorization and color matching to your product specifications. In addition, silk-screening, heat sealing, heat transferring, hot stamping, pad printing, in-house priming for finish color coat, high volume production mask capabilities, and decorative and conductive painting, including EMI/RFI shielding are available.

Logistics, packaging and labelling operations save you money. Our Velocity Pack Programs reduce handling, minimize SKU's and eliminate costs. Products are packaged to reduce returns and insure integrity. We can custom label your products for shipment to a variety of locations.
